It didn’t feel like Hawaii

Here we are out and about on a camping “trip” we booked early in the summer. Here’s some food pics with my Fujifilm X-T3

We stayed at camp Palehua in Kapolei (aka camp Timberline back in the days). Due to it being the end of summer and our Governor pleading for tourists to not visit, the camp was fairly empty. We don’t mind as it meant a peaceful, but windy experience.

I would highly recommend a stay at this camp as it has amenities like toilets and showers with hot water, so you’ll feel right at home, but not home. We didn’t get a chance to do the hike as the weather looked questionable, maybe next time.
