Dog Bun   Using the crunchy Arabiki hot dog, we decided to keep the dog bun simple. The flavor of hot dog and the sweetness from our bread work perfectly with each other, hence not needing additional flavors. Texture of the crunchy Arabiki hot dog adds a layer of fun to the eating experience.

Sweet Crust   Similar to Japan's "Melon Pan" and Hong Kong's "Pineapple Bao", we modified the recipe to create this sweet crust bun with a layer of condensed milk in between the bread and topping. The bun gives a beautiful sweet creamy taste, enhanced by its crunchy texture.
